Our mission is simply to preserve, advance, and disseminate knowledge of the history of Tyrone Township. We do this in a variety of ways, and are working on developing new ideas to further this mission in our community.

Your donations support our work by:

• Promoting our work & community events through advertising

• Building awareness about our organization and community’s history

• Enabling us to host community events

• Contributing to special projects such as preserving and moving our Historical Town House

1. Checks: Please note in the check’s memo that your contribution is a “donation”. If you would like a receipt for your tax deductible records, please include a return address. Checks can be made out to “Tyrone Township Historical Society” and mailed to:

• All online payments are considered “donations”. The Historical Society does not accept online membership dues at this time, but hopes to in the future.

• All donations go toward preservation and dissemination of our community’s history. There are no administrative fees. Volunteers provide their services free of charge.
